We are a small independent business and like many, are trying to navigate these difficult times as best we can. We operate in good faith however in the unlikely event that there is an issue with a purchase please read the terms and conditions below to know your rights and our policies. Shipping

When an order has been accepted foam. agrees to dispatch the order as stated in our shipping terms. We cannot be held liable for any delays in shipping due to postal delays or for events outside of human control.

SHIPPING FEES

We ship to Ireland, UK and select European and World Wide destinations.

  • We dispatch orders Monday–Friday only (excluding Irish Bank Holidays).

  • Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over Bank Holidays.

  • Working days are Monday–Friday only and do not include Bank Holidays.

  • Estimated transit times start after an order has been dispatched.

PACKAGING

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please keep all outer packaging as we will not be able to claim for loss or damage during transit without this.


Returns Policy

Food products are not returnable under any circumstance.

For all other products, in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return items in new condition for a refund within 12 days, provided we get them back within 12 working days of purchase and in perfect sellable condition.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the products do not meet this criteria. Returns and exchanges are not available for any product returned to us after the 12-day window of their original ship date. .

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning item(s), and for returning them in perfect sellable condition to us. We suggest a recorded or signed for delivery service so the parcel is insured and can be tracked. Goods are the customer’s responsibility until they arrive back to us.

All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used to place the order. Credit/debit card transactions can take 3-5 working days to show up on your bank statement.
