We reserve the right not to accept or process an order for any reason. If we do not accept your order and payment has already been debited, we will notify you by email and refund you in full.

We will aim to ensure that our website is always available and that the stock levels and information provided is correct. We cannot be held accountable for any downtime that may occur and we cannot guarantee product availability.
In the event that your ordered item/s are not in stock you will be notified by email. If we do not receive a response from you within one week from the date of the email we will cancel the missing item from your order and either ship the remainder of your order or cancel your order and issue a full refund.

COLOUR VARIATION
Whilst every care is taken to ensure our product images are a true representation of the item for sale we cannot guarantee that the colour will match perfectly. This is due to unlimited variations in monitor set-ups.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
Our website is hosted on a fully secure, PCI compliant server. All payments are handled securely through Stripe and PayPal and foam. does not have access to your card details. The total order cost must be paid in full before dispatch.
We have the right to cancel any orders which we believe to be fraudulent or that do not pass the required security checks.
