We are super excited to introduce our book Honey & Co: At Home Middle Eastern recipes from our kitchen!
At Home is all about the food we cook in our own kitchen and our life outside of work, whatever there is of it...
The book is organised into chapters For Us Two, For Friends, For the Weekend, For a Crowd and The Kitchen. Recipes include some of our favourites from our weekly FT column, some of our true home staples and a few of our most requested dishes:
BBQ aubergine with jewelled rice salad
Cauliflower salad with amba & tahini
Fish pastilla with leek & preserved lemons
Royal Mansaf slow-cooked lamb with saffron rice, almonds & golden raisins
Cherry & pistachio bakewell
We've tried to make the recipes quick and simple we hope they will soon become staple recipes that you, friends and family will revisit again and again.
